Requirement:
-Min 12 months technical helpdesk (Call Centre) servicing English speaking callers.
-Data,Voice, IP, Application or Ticketing System
Responsibilities:
Accept and respond to inbound customer reported incidents , received by phone queue or email
Log and categories Incident tickets and perform initial troubleshooting and front-line diagnostics
Service restoration (when possible)
Reporting and escalating incidents to appropriate resolver group/s for investigation and resolution
Accountability for end to end resolution management (ensure resolver groups do what is required and keep the customer informed at all times)
