JUNIOR WEB DEVELOPER - DAMANSARA HEIGHT

As a Full-Stack Web Developer at Bantu.my you will play a key role in the development of the next phase of our web platform, reporting directly to the CTO and co-founders.

You will be responsible for analysing the current web platform, and making critical decisions that will influence the design & development path of the next release of our platform.

1. What you will be doing:

• Full stack development in a LAMP environment
• Playing a decisive role in platform design, strategy and planning
• Introducing and implementing new ideas and new technologies

2. What you need to have:

a. Technical

• An understanding and of dedication to development best practices
• Proficiency in PHP/MySQL and familiar with current frameworks
• Experience with Database structure designing and maintaining
• Good understanding of front-end development using CSS and HTML5 & jQuery
• A sharp eye for current online trends and the latest technology
• Basic server administration experience, including LAMP stacks *Bonus*

b. General 

• Great communication (English/Malay - Mandarin a bonus) and time management skills
• A consummate team player with a vested interest in the success of the company
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous startup environment
