HSBC BANK TELLER - KEPONG, KL

Principal Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for providing clerical support in carrying out the day to day banking activities.
 
  • To handle internal/external customer inquiries skillfully, resolve customer problems and provide professional banking services/customer service.
  • To perform counter transactions efficiently and accurately. Perform cash duties to ensure cash are reconciled and balanced.
  • To support branch sales strategically by proactively referring potential customers to the CSB’s,/PB’s/PRB’s.
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Responsible in maintaining HSBC internal controls and standards
 

Qualifications

 Requirements 
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a branch platform for Financial industry.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum a SPM certificate
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills is essential
  • Only Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply
