Principal Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for providing clerical support in carrying out the day to day banking activities.
- To handle internal/external customer inquiries skillfully, resolve customer problems and provide professional banking services/customer service.
- To perform counter transactions efficiently and accurately. Perform cash duties to ensure cash are reconciled and balanced.
- To support branch sales strategically by proactively referring potential customers to the CSB’s,/PB’s/PRB’s.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Responsible in maintaining HSBC internal controls and standards
Qualifications
Requirements - 1 – 3 years of experience in a branch platform for Financial industry.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum a SPM certificate
- Knowledge of basic computer skills is essential
- Only Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply
