Jawatan :
1) Position : Executive COO’s Office
Experience : 2 @ 3 years
Salary Range : RM 1,900 – RM 3,200
>>>>>Duties and Responsibilities include the following
1. Arrange schedule and appointments for COO.
2. Organize and manage documentation, reports and filing for COO’s office.
3. Involve in paper writing, project management and reporting to Group.
4. Assist COO to initiate and develop Corporate Plan.
5. Ensure project planning and implementation in accordance to timeline.
6. Support the administration of COO’s office.
2) Position : Accounts Officer
Experience : 2 @ 3 years
Salary Range : RM 1,900 – RM 3,300
>>>>>Duties and Responsibilities include the following
1. To prepare journals, close the monthly accounts and to issue Monthly Management Accounts to Sr. Acct Exec.
2. Prepare MR & AD Report monthly.
3. To monitor a list of deposit, prepayment, creditors aging, debtors aging, accruals, and deferred payment.
4. To ensure that all company asset are properly recorded.
5. To assist Sr. Acct Exec in the preparation of financial reporting.
6. To assist Sr. Acct Exec in the company GST implementation.
7. To assist Sr. Acct Exec in preparing company Annual Budget.
8. To assist Senior Executive Accounts & Finance on all accounting functions.

UBS (User Business System) for accounting application.
SAP (Systems Applications And Products) for accounting application.
COMPAS (Group Treasury System)
3) Position : Call Centre Assistant
Experience : Fresh grad are welcomed
Salary Range : RM 1,200 – RM2,000

1. To provide assistance to members according to relevant guidelines and procedures.
2. To ensure all calls and jobs attended are well documented and recorded in detail.
3. To be well informed on product knowledge.
4. To maintain records and files for Operations Department.
5. To ensure all job sheets are processed and updated accordingly and timely.
6. To attend to any queries from members.
7. To provide support in clerical duties.
8. To attend all training as required.
