Position Purpose
To manage C&B operations at Group level, coordinate with Regional C&B representatives (Asia, Europe, Latin America, South Africa and North America) on Group HR initiatives/projects, and assists Group C&B Head on policy review, formulation and proposals.

Key Accountabilities
1. To ensure smooth running of C&B operations at Group level which include annual global salary review and bonus pay out exercise.

2. Assist Group C&B Head on C&B program review/design and coordinates with regional C&B representatives to ensure alignment and execution across the Group.
3. Oversee payroll processing via HR shared services centre to ensure salaries/payments are made accurately and timely.

4. Oversee benefits administration which includes claims, leave management, medical & insurance.
5. To lead and guide C&B team members to ensure services rendered are at expected level
Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
1. At least 8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits with MNCs or large corporations at corporate / regional level
2. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS with the ability to manage different stakeholders in different geographies and cultures
3. Proven track record in developing compensation and benefits program.
4. Detail and numerical orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
6. Candidate with International Mobility and payroll management experience will have an advantage.
