#MANAGER (DIRECT TAX) – SENIOR MANAGER
Lead, drive and manage tax compliance and planning functions in relation to business portfolio (domestic and international) by developing short and long term goals of the respective units
Establish controls and manage the direct tax compliance obligations and issues, identifying tax planning opportunities and managing tax risks for relevant business to ensure proper discharging of Group’s direct tax obligations and responsibilities, optimizing the effective tax rate of the operating units in domestic / international jurisdictions and
Safeguard respective business’s interest against tax risk exposures,
Responsible for the capability building and management of tax personnel and knowledge management within the area of respective business portfolio.

Requirement
Degree in accounting or finance / Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CA)
Minimum 10 years of tax experience with at least 5 years managing high caliber team
Experience in leading a team or task force is a requirement
Business knowledge on Oil & Gas industry is an asset
Tax experience at Big Four accounting firm is an added advantage
Degree in accounting or finance / Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CA)
Minimum 10 years of tax experience with at least 5 years managing high caliber team

#Compensation & Benefits Manager(Salary 18k)
Position Purpose
To manage C&B operations at Group level, coordinate with Regional C&B representatives (Asia, Europe, Latin America, South Africa and North America) on Group HR initiatives/projects, and assists Group C&B Head on policy review, formulation and proposals.
