Position: Contact Center (Malaysian Citizen Only)
Responsibilities:
- To attend an inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call center environment.
- To attend an inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call center environment.
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Educate the customer about the organization's products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help.
- Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross-sell company products and services in accordance to guidelines given
- Enter customer data and other relevant information into call center database.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization's customers and data.
