Job Description:
Responsible to ensure that incoming material are properly stored and label.
Responsible to ensure that only approved materials are released for use.
Responsible to ensure cleanliness of store area are well maintained.
Responsible to ensure space efficiency for storage.
Efficiency of goods flow for issuing and receiving.
Responsible to ensure that record for incoming materials are properly maintained.
Responsible to monitor effectiveness of product handling, procedure and to modify for continual improvement.
Responsible to ensure all material are in proper arrangement.
Responsible to ensure all paper work is filed accordingly.
Responsible to prepare final product for end month stock count and inventory.
Responsible to ensure store spare parts are controlled inventories.
Responsible to ensure correct number key in to system.
Responsible to maintain safety and store security system.
Supervise and delegate assignment to subordinates
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Capable in handling logistic and store activities.
Knowledge in SAP is advantange.
